PageSense: Introducing Web Analytics, Personalization, Push Notification, and more

PageSense new features and pricing updates

Three years ago, we launched PageSense as an A/B Testing and Website Optimization software with just three features: A/B testing, Heatmaps, and Funnel Analysis. In the last two years, we've made a giant leap of progress in terms of making the product feature- and utility-rich.

Now PageSense has all the tools—both quantitative and qualitative—you need to understand your website visitors, interact with them directly, give them a unique website experience, and boost your overall conversions. In other words, PageSense has transformed into a Conversion Optimization and Personalization Platform.

We're happy to announce we have three more major updates for you:

  • We have an interesting addition to our suite - Web Analytics

  • We are taking Personalization, Push Notification, Polls, and Pop-Ups out of beta

  • We are revamping our pricing model

Here's a deep-dive into our updates. Take a gander:

Welcoming the all-new Web Analytics

Get a complete picture of your website's performance and measure the effectiveness of your marketing with Web Analytics. See where your target audience comes from, the amount of time they spend on your web pages, their behavior and interests, the actions they perform before becoming your customers, and more. With Web Analytics, you get to know everything there is to know about your website visitors so you can make informed marketing decisions.

Taking the 4 Ps of PageSense out of beta

We've had our engagement and website experience features like personalization, push notification, polls, and pop-ups in beta for quite some time. Many users have been beta testing these features for us and providing their valuable feedback. We take this opportunity to thank every one of you who helped us iron out issues in these features and get them market-ready.

Launching Personalization, Push Notification, Polls, and Pop-Ups

Personalization

Every visitor is unique—they come to your website from a variety of sources and have unique expectations. They might be at different stages of your customer journey and have different needs, so you cannot give everyone the same website experience and expect different results. That is why you should personalize your website to suit every visitor's needs.

With PageSense's Personalization, you can dynamically change the content of your website, show what is relevant to your visitors, and drive more conversions. You can create unlimited experiences based on various criteria like your visitors' demographics, intent, interests, and behavior, among other examples.

Push Notification

Build an audience for your brand and engage with them regularly using web Push Notification. You can create top-of-the-mind brand awareness by sending out timely, relevant, and targeted notifications to your audience. Push notifications are one of the best re-engagement strategies out there, for it helps visitors stay updated about your brand even when they are not on your site. It also lets you—marketers—get your target audience to engage with your website in a click. It's a win-win! Additionally, it's a consent-driven marketing tactic because you only send notifications to visitors who opt-in to receive your updates. This way, you can identify who is interested in your products/services.

With PageSense's Push Notification, you can quickly create push notifications and get visitors to opt-in to receive information from you. You can also retarget your visitors based on their source, website behavior, demographics, and more.

Polls

Create and run polls to learn what your website visitors want from you. Be it content/feature evaluation or quick feedback about your page, polls can help you take the pulse of your visitors.

PageSense's polls come with 10 different question types so you can conduct your exploratory, descriptive, and causal research with ease. Run Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to see what brings traffic to your website, learn if your visitors will recommend you to others, and identify your brand's promoters, passives, and detractors. Or, create a star rating to see the satisfaction levels of your visitors. With Polls, the options are endless.

Pop-Ups

Grab the attention of your visitors and increase your conversions with Pop-Ups. Pop-Ups, when used correctly, can even help you make a visitor that is about to leave your site come back and buy from you—that is how powerful a perfectly targeted and timed pop-up is. You can use pop-ups to generate leads, get more subscribers for your mailing list, incentivize visitors with offers and discounts, and turn them into customers instantly.

PageSense offers three types of Pop-Ups—modal, slide-ins, and banners. You can choose everything from the look of your Pop-Ups to placement and triggers. Trigger Pop-Ups when a visitor lands on your page, tries to leave your page, has spent a certain amount reading your content, or when they scroll halfway through your page. You can even create and set custom triggers to bring them in line with your marketing goals.

All these features are completely customizable so your marketing is on brand. Try it and let us know what you think.

Moving to a feature-based pricing model

To date, we've had visitor-based pricing with no cap on the features. Now, we have added a breadth of features to our product, and have revised our pricing to accommodate the needs of every customer in every tier. With our new pricing, you get to choose and pay only for the features you'll use. Take a look.

Note: We will be grandfathering our existing customers as long as they stay in the same plan. When you downgrade or upgrade, you will be taken to the new pricing. If you are a Zoho One user, you will have access to all the features.

We hope you like our new updates. Have any questions for us? Leave them in the comments below.
